This presentation chronicles the life and background of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and assesses his contribution to the modern civil rights movement.


Malcolm X and the Propensity to Change
This presentation examines the early childhood of Malcolm X, his problems as a youth, and shows how he transcended the limitations of his childhood to become an agent for change.

Islam: the Misunderstood Abrahamic Religion
The focus here is on the principles of Islam, and the relationship of Islam, Christianity and Judaism. In addition to addressing their common origins, the presentation points out similarities in worship and areas where the three religions differ.
